St. Mary's School for the Deaf is committed to providing equitable access to exemplary educational programs that prepare Deaf Students to be self-directed, lifelong learners, who are productive members of society.

4201 State-Supported Schools are institutions for the instruction of the deaf, blind, physically, or multiply disabled under §4201 of the New York State Education Law. There are two State Operated and Supported (4201) Schools and 11 State-Supported (4201) Schools in New York State that offer services to children with disabilities ages three through twenty-one years.
