Kristin Deveraux

Kristin Devereaux, SHRM-CP, is the Founder and President of Envision Benefits Group, LLC, a Buffalo, NY-based HR consulting and employee benefits firm. Certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Kristin is dedicated to helping clients streamline HR operations, ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, and enhance overall efficiency through tailored consulting solutions.

With 20 years of experience as an employee benefits professional, Kristin brings expertise in cost-saving strategies and contribution planning. Envision Benefits Group supports clients nationwide. Kristin's industry leadership includes past board roles at the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) and the New York State SHRM Council. Currently, she serves on the boards of St. Mary's School for the Deaf and the Western New York National Human Resource Association.

As a board member of St. Mary's School for the Deaf, Kristin is drawn to the school's commitment to fostering inclusive environments where underserved groups, including individuals with multiple disabilities, have equitable access to resources and opportunities.
