The SMSD Bisons Girls Varsity Track team traveled to California School for the Deaf in Riverside over Easter Break to compete in the Berg/Seeger Classic. The girls worked hard and finished tied for 13th out of 23 schools.
We haven’t had a ton of time to train outside since the season started, so this meet was a good chance to get out there, compete, and figure things out as we go. A couple personal records were hit, and the girls stepped up to some new challenges in the process. There were ups and downs, but overall a solid weekend of racing and learning.
