The Varsity Girls Track Team had our final meet of the season as we traveled to Maryland to compete in the annual ESDAA track tournament this weekend.  The ESDAA tournament spans over two days and provides an incredible opportunity for our students to meet and compete against students from the 14 Schools for the Deaf in attendance.  The girls showed incredible determination and support for each other in each event!  It was so rewarding to see all of their hard work pay off.  Our girls earned six Personal Records (PRs), one silver medal, and three bronze medals!  On top of their individual successes, our 52 total team points earned us a tie for 1st Place in Division II!!!  We were ecstatic to return home as ESDAA Champions!!!   We are incredibly proud of our girls, not just for their impressive performances on the track, but for the dedication, teamwork, and resilience they’ve shown every step of the way!  Please wish the team a huge congratulations for both the big tournament win this weekend and their individual accomplishments throughout the season.

Thank you so much!  Go Bisons! 😀

The Varsity Girls’ Track & Field team hosted Rochester School for the Deaf on this rainy morning for an exciting meet.  Due to injury and illness, we were down to only 5 girls competing.  Our girls persevered and put forth outstanding effort in each event despite being wet and cold.  Our determination paid off, securing a win with a final score of 55-35! Our girls also achieved 3 Personal Records (PRs) throughout the meet! We are so proud of our girls, and hope you congratulate them on their team and individual successes!

Our next meet will be this coming Wednesday, May 7th.  We also are traveling to Maryland for the ESDAA Tournament next weekend.  Please support our girls as they take on this final stretch of the season!

Thank you so much!  Go Bisons!

The varsity girls’ track & field team had their first meet of the season on Monday against Christian Central Academy. The girls showed up with great energy, strong teamwork, and determination! We walked away with several standout performances and celebrated four new personal records (PRs) a great way to kick off the season!

Though we came up just short, with a final score of 44-48, we are incredibly proud of the effort and heart these athletes put into every event.

Our next meet will be this Saturday morning, as we are hosting a meet against Rochester School for the Deaf.

Please join us in congratulating the girls on a strong start and wishing them the best of luck this weekend!

Thank you so much,
