Artist in Residence Experience

In the fall of 2018, SMSD hosted Deaf Artist Nancy Rourke for two weeks.  She worked closely alongside our students, helping them to create a variety of art pieces, including a full wall mural in our Main Building that is a visualization of our Mission Statement.  This was a unique experience for our entire school, and we are fortunate to call Ms. Rourke a friend of St. Mary's!
