School Improvement Plan
School Improvement Plan Goals
A School Improvement Plan is a strategic roadmap that outlines goals, priorities and action steps for enhancing student learning and strengthening our school community. It is developed through collaboration among CEASD, administrators, teachers, staff, and families, and is guided by data, best practices, and our school’s mission. The plan identifies areas of growth, sets measurable objectives, and ensures we remain focused on providing high-quality education opportunities and continuous improvement for all students and staff.
