Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Our Wellness Center houses our aerobic and cardiovascular equipment. It was overhauled in 2013 and has been updated. It features, treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, rowing machines and a Jacob’s Ladder. TV’s are also mounted for viewing. Fitness is promoted throughout the school and the room is available for students and staff to utilize.
