Allison S. Davis, Ed.D.
A seasoned educational finance leader with over three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr. Allison S. Davis currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Management for the Niagara Wheatfield Central School District. In this role, she oversees a comprehensive range of operations, including budgeting, accounting, food service, transportation, and facilities management.
Dr. Davis's expertise extends to strategic financial planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She has a proven track record of optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing fiscal transparency. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex budgets, conducted audits, and implemented financial systems.
A skilled collaborator, Dr. Davis adeptly works with diverse stakeholders, including school board members, administrators, teachers, and community members, to achieve shared goals. Passionate about education and committed to providing students with the best possible learning environment, she leverages her strong leadership skills and deep understanding of educational finance to contribute significantly to the long-term success of the organization.
Dr. Davis’s connection to St. Mary’s School for the Deaf began in 2018 when she was invited to serve on the first Accreditation Committee. She has continued to serve on the committee and has since been appointed to the Board of Directors. Her sister-in-law is also deaf.
